Cracked Shell Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bowl

Guys, this is IT! If you are looking for a yummy indulgence that won't set you back too much, but will make you feel satisfied and full, check this recipe out!


I came up with it one afternoon when I wanted some thing sweet, but I was over power balls. Sometimes I get to that point and I am really surprised, because they are my favorite food, yet even favorites can get old sometimes! I wanted something without a lot of fillers or artificial ingredients (aka processed food) and something simple that can be whipped up with typical pantry and refrigerator ingredients (aka I didn't want to go to the grocery store!) This recipe makes 3 servings, but can be scaled down to make 4-5 if you want to have an option for less than 200 calories and more of a "small bite." I used three 6oz ramekins, but you could use five 4oz mason jars instead! Make them ahead and you can eat one every night of the week!
